funnily enough, ZOS didnt change only change drop rates of the 6th house costume, but also of the "Praxis: Khajiit Brazier, Enchanted" with U41.

✭✭✭✭✭That drops from the Northern Elsweyr prologue dailies, right? I think you used to be able to do 7 of those per day per character, and they were quite fast and easy. The low drop rate was probably due to the huge number of chances you could get per day. Now I think you can only do 1 per day, so it makes sense to increase drop chance since you have a lot fewer chances per day.2 -

Yeah exactly. You can do only one per char since years tho afaik.

I just wanted to add another confirmed drop location for this Brazier, obviously it is no longer super rare but more confirmed drops are always handy....
I just got one in a Purple NPC ToT daily reward coffer!
