[Arcanist] bug in crux generation u44

Tome-Bearer's Inspiration and its morphs should generate a crux when you attack using a class ability, but this is not happening with certain skills, such as:
-Runeblades and its morphs
-Tentacular Dread
I tested this on both PTS and Live, and it’s bugged on both
