Question on Oakenclaw and why she needs to die

To be honest it feels a bit bad to kill Oakenclaw. She's a sort of lake ghost that lives there. Why do we have to kill her? Does she do excursions to people's places to kill them? Or is it because people want to put claim to the lake she guards?

✭✭Okenclaw is an Aggression of Root. A water spriggan who's moved into the lake that was being used as a spa/retreat for nobles.
That's why you post the warning bulletins before removing the spriggan (oakenclaw), so anyone inclined to holiday or vacation there doesnt do so until the threat has been remoed.
