I'm a returning player getting UI Error B2580101. Can't use way shrines or maps. How to fix?

Upon loading the game, I'm getting a UI error and can't use maps or travel shrines. I had outdated addons and have tried deleting Minion and addons but that didn't help. What's the fix for this? Thanks.
