I'm just going to throw this out there that despite how bad U44's delivery has been and how flawed the implementation of the new BGs are, I think it's pretty indicative of a positive change that this week, I've received more friend requests from randomly assigned teammates than I have in maybe several years.

Players are engaging with the format and it's spawning some actual interaction and connection.

This type of spontaneous connection is a mark of a growing and healthy community. I hope ZOS doesn't ignore all the feedback being shared and has something in the works for U45 to capitalize on the spark.

I'll see your happiness and raise you a cubic ton of new style pages we are getting. Very cool.

So two really good things so far.

I will add one more. These battlegrounds, especially the smaller maps make it very clear how incredibly broken ranged damage is. Now, whether or not zos does anything about that is another story, but i think it is really good that this is exposed.
