Returning bug: digging up antiquities does not give all the side rewards

When i dig up an antiquity and find all three side rewards, often one is not given. It was a bug from a long time ago, that i thought had been fixed. But now it has come back with great frequency

Excavation Bonus Items
We have reports of several purple quality excavations that didn't register the bonus rewards.

Not only "purple quality excavations".
Digging the blue antiquity, I found two bonus loots but instead it registered a bonus rewards with only one bonus loot.

Bugged not only purple, but all quality leads (also including green and blue)
The effect is not visual bug - my character receives only 2 of 3 extra loot items exactly as displayed
Please, fix that.PC EU1 -
