My CP Character Entered a Below 50 Battleground

While attempting to queue into the new BG modes today on a CP character, the game routed me to a below level 50 lobby instead. I recorded the actions I took prior to this happening, and have provided a 1 minute 30 second video link in hopes that you can replicate or understand the bug.
