Xivkyn Dreadguard Polymorph helm NOT showing (PC/NA)

The Xivkyn Dreadguard Polymorph helm is not showing even with Hide Your Helm turned off.

The Preview window shows the costume in full, but the helm disappears when I hit End Preview.
