Thank you, Zenimax, for this game.

I've played lots of other games. I've come to the conclusion that the Elder Scrolls franchise is one of the only three game franchises that I really, truly enjoy. The Elder Scrolls Online is a great game set in a beautiful world. I deeply enjoy my time playing here.

Thank you.

Agreed. I won't say it's perfect, and I have my share of moments when I rage about lag, desyncs, disconnects that happen at the worst possible times, etc. But I love playing this game every day, several hours a day, and miss it a lot when I can't log on for whatever reason (down for maintenance, internet service outage, power outage, etc.). Life without ESO and the other Elder Scrolls games would be pretty boring to me.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

    It’s served a purpose.

But to capture interest going forward it’s going to have to change. There is a whole new generation of MMOS out now which are rapidly gaining popularity.

Unfortunately the technology they (ZOS) are using is now inhibiting growth - and the decisions they’ve made (non investment in PvP, inability to address bugs, power creep issues for starters ) that are now coming home to bite them - especially if they don’t adapt

I agree. I complain (sometimes with snark) about certain aspects of the game because I enjoy playing it and want it to get better. I don't hang out on the forums for mediocre games, or for those I played and then never gave a second thought to. I sometimes get frustrated with the state of something and consider leaving, but the next day it doesn't matter. I'm logging in to do my endeavors and hang out. Unless something truly bizarre happens (to me or the game), I suspect I'll be here when the lights are turned off.

Pretty much this. Though I don't really have any issues.... so I never really even consider leaving. "Better" is so subjective.... I don't really have a "better" in mind. But I'm sure I'll be here for a very long time yet.
