So for arcanist this means then generate a crux every time someone enters the AOE. Yes, this means you can generate max crux in 1 second.
For sorc this means the damage proc literally won't do anything if someone enters the banner area every second since the damage tick isn't on the first second.

✭✭✭✭Yeah this probably needs an urgent hotfix @ZOS_Kevin. Infinite crux is pretty gamebreaking, and the Sorc one not working at all is pretty bad too.1
