Those aren't the final U44 patch notes. We must wait until after the maintenance.

they are not final, but you can get a pretty good idea what is changing by reading the PTS patch notes. They seldom deviate from their initial release on PTS.

Is there gonna be stuff I'm actually gonna use this time?

I only learnt scribing for the Mount. Never used it. didn't seem the in-game cost was worth it. and also, why spend gold to learn special effect for skills I never use? I can't keep a stam character alive in a major battle so I never play stam. Haven't yet found a scribe spell for any skill I actually Do use.

Come to think of it, never tried the card game either.
