And ignore untargeted enemy.
Or need "dithering shader" to hide too much short rage big sized enemy in front of player.
When I'm in Vateshran Hollows, I tend to lost important target like the "lethal tether" by big sized enemy.
When I'm in dungeon as tank, somebody use "Maw of the Infernal set", and that disgusting Deadroth take my front view.
This is really bad visual design. It always annoys me. Please do something.
And ignore untargeted enemy.

I couldn't see any of my team people's situation. Because 8 Deadroth

madman65✭✭✭✭FOV will not fix the targeting because time and time again I have been ready to start a battle at anytime only to have an insect that is 45-90 degrees take my first shot. I can be looking straight at the target and hit something else left or right, this has happened to me numerous times in the past year. Has anyone wasted an Ultimate yet on an insect?7 -

✭There're two major problem of targeting system in the ESO.
1. If we got big sized enemy cluster, then always lost front view sight.

Used AoE damage to keep them agro me.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -

loosej✭✭✭✭✭I've actually found that lately it's a bit too strict. For example, if I tab target a cycle boss in archive and turn around to attack a goblin that just spawned, my attacks will keep targeting the boss. Seeing crushing shocks do a 180 and go straight behind me isn't unusual. This can get pretty annoying if you need to switch targets to something with a very small (or narrow) hit box like some totems. You basically need to tab target the new enemy to be able to attack it, but the small hit box makes it so your aim has to be perfect or it won't change. The fact that you can barely see the outline change when there's 10+ flashy effects going on makes it even harder.
I think I remember being able to tab target one enemy in the past, but temporarily attack a different one by changing my aim if the angle between the two targets was about 45° or more.Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screwup (source: despair.com)1 -
nathamarath✭✭✭✭When standing in front of a bigger enemy losing sight of everything behind him seems normal to me. Imagine, targeting through him would appear as you were able to shoot around corners. You are not an NPC ☝️

Mostly don't need it. But, aiming mechanics of ESO is automatic.
