Did the drop rate of Infinite Archive style pages change?

Within the last patch or two I noticed that I haven't been receiving as much style pages from IA. In the last week, 10 hours within IA and only 1 style page. Previously, I'd get at least one style page minimally per 2-4 hour period. At times, within a 4 hour period, I'd get 3-4.

Another odd thing is the bound fragments. Since the last patch, I haven't seen any of the bound fragments. Not that I'm complaining about those fragments that we cannot use after we complete the pieces. Just wondering, if no one are receiving the bound fragments, maybe ZOS "accidentally" nixed the style page drops too?

However, if people are seeing the style pages like normal, then I guess I'll attribute it to demonic RNG. Thank you!

Got two pages while my group mate got three last time we went in, only one fragment though doing all side areas. Did like 5-6 arcs for that.

I do only arcs 1-2. In first week I had style page for 70-80% of runs. Now I had one page after full week. Maybe it's bad rng, maybe it's something like with battlegrounds style pages - when you draw from the pool page which you already have, it didn't give another one but just stays empty, so more pages you have, less chance to get any.

I don't know how it really works, but it's really annoying. I'm really bored already with Archive but with this drop rate it will take a year to collect all pages for all classes.

Fragments still drop, they are a pestilence. No use at all, but they still come. You can get something only from side portals, from the scamp, from the marauder and from Tho'at. If you fail with the watcher (like always), get nothing from others but the fragments.... you will have nothing in your hands, after 3-4 hours farming. It's so frustrating. Oh yes you can buy those damn style pages... If you have 1428000 fortunes... ahahaha

Haha yeah ikr! I made another post estimating the total amount of hours you'd have to farm IA to get all the style pages. After a couple weeks, I think those estimates were conservative. I originally estimated something along the lines of 90+ hours, but that was assuming you'd be able to collect half of the pages. Conservative, definitely conservative. My, "gotta collect them all", OCD is a curse.

I thought IA was going to be something fun like a horde shooter where tons of mobs just come at you as you mow them down... but whew, IA is what it is.. just whew >^.^<

It's feast or famine.

Most runs were 0 pages, but sometimes I got 4 or 5 page runs.

I only ran solo and usually no more than Arc 4.

I finished it on THAT day... if they rolled back the entire server I'd have so much wind taken out of my sails. So a little over a month of farming. I went hard the past few weeks cause I remembered that I could get transmutes and gold tempers if I ran it on my various characters per week. So about 24-28 runs a week, usually Arc 3.4.1 ending for the past two weeks. Before that it was mostly a run or two a day in between farming the dungeon sets and doing event stuff.

I don't even want to know how many I bought v. farming but I'm stubborn and didn't want to dip too much into my "this is for when I'm sick of IA and want to just buy stuff without running" rainy day fund. It did however ensure that I ran every mini-game and every scamp. Can confirm that 0 came from the sub-boss muniment chests, only tho'at, side portals, marauders and scamps.

It really helps to want a specific set to get the motivation to knock it out. The NB and Templar ones were a must but as the grind went on, I loved them all, except for the Warden one. But I will say, the weapons are painful, they're all the same aside from the badging.

Oh wow! Okay, yeah it's kinda like this event's style pages. Just need to bite the buttlet and just get it done. I'm the same w/ my fortunes, I'm holding a small supply for the dungeon mask/shoulder style pages that I've missed, but the rest are dumped into the style page farm haha. Thanks for giving hope, light at the end of the tunnel haha!
