Turn off quest objective markers.

I am wondering if anyone knows a way to either turn off quest objective markers or maybe adjust the view distance. Addon or ingame either one. My issue is at some parts of quests, for instance Down the Skeever Hole when you zone out of the tunnel, there are a bunch of quest objective markers and they seem to be crashing my game. Currently I am stuck at one such quest, and can't load into my main character because as soon as I zone in, it crashes. I know you can turn off the markers for quest givers, that isn't what I'm looking for I'm looking for a way to turn off the objective markers.

I don't know how you reached the conclusion that the quest objective markers are the issue. File a bug report, and if you don't crash right away on load, try /stuck.

The reason I reached that conclusion is that it only happens with quests like that. Like when there are 10-20 quest objectives in my field of view all with markers. And I crash instantly.

I'd like a way to turn them off regardless. They persist even with the UI hidden, which ruins potential screenshots.

It wouldn't happen to be doing a quest in Riften, I think it is called "In His Wake"? My GF was having a problem with that one last night, and I had to let her use my Computer to get past it. For some reason with certain hardware set-ups or something that quest crashes the game.

No thus far I've only experienced it on 3 quests, Down the Skeever Hole as you leave the tunnel, at the hatching pools in Shadowfen when you rescue the eggs, and now in Glenubria when you exit the house and have to disable the traps outside.

I've got a spare computer for a little while I'm going to try booting up on it to see if I can get past the quest.

You can turn them off. Go to options and gameplay settings. There is a box to tick "turn of quest markers".

Or am I missing something?

That turns off the arrows on quest givers but not quest objectives.
