Rapid Fire is no longer immune to any crowd control effects.

I have a Rapid Fire ability in my arsenal, where it is written in black and white: "You can move at full speed and are immune to all disabling effects while channeling this attack." In fact, this is not the case, and I have checked it more than once. Initially, I discovered this when I was closing Volcanic Rifts on Galen, my character fired one shot and was stunned by a meteorite explosion, then my character was thrown back by a Lava Golem with one of its attacks during the action of the ultimate. I thought that maybe this just does not apply to this, or the developers forgot to add everything related to Volcanic Rifts to the list, but no - Guardian of Galen also controlled my character with one of her whirlwinds. One of the minotaur bosses in the Black Forest did the same, and a player did the same with some incomprehensible vampire ability. Why write that there is immunity to any control effects, if in fact there is none at all?

Most bosses have CC's that do not abide by CC immunity rules. Since all the examples you listed involved bosses or mechanics, it doesn't seem like anything with Rapid Fire/Toxic Barrage was changed.

Other players are not bosses, and their abilities also ignore full immunity. There is some kind of Schrödinger's immunity, it is and is not at the same time

Like what? Have any specific examples or videos? Everytime I've used rapid fire/Toxic Barrage I'm immune to player-sourced CC

PvE enemies have all sorts of ways around CC immunity and skills. Like, have you ever been hit with one of those giga-snares by a random mob and then been unable to cleanse it with something like Shuffle or RAT? They're just built different and play by their own set of rules (which I agree is annoying, to be clear).

I already reported the fact that Rite of Passage and it's morphs (Templar Healing Ultimate) doesn't protect you from some CCs like Volendrung's Cyclone months ago. They have lots of precise bugs like that to fix I'm sure
