there are undoubtedly others looking for groups just like you.
People might be burnt out from the event and catching their breath for the next one, I know I am.
Besides the next patch is lining up to be a bad one for prog groups, so there is a general feeling of despondence in certain sectors of the player base.
Al oat 9pm, long after most people have gone to bed/other things, try searching 3 hours earlier, but yeah, still an issue...zos really needs to restore some ESO+ value among other things

Well, according to Steam stats, game is at its peak around 8PM.
It's sad because vMOL is the very last trial I haven't done (despite the fact that I perfectly know mechs). It's been weeks, if not months, that I've been trying to pass it but the very few moments I find an active group, it always breaks on Twins...
The problem for me is that leading a trial group is really unnerving.
I did organize 7 groups so far all in dreadsail and yes, i'm aware it's one of the more mechanics intensive trials but dear god it was exausting every time.
At least 3 members in every group don't know the mechanics even tought in the description and title were requested and every group more or less has 3 quitters who will istntly leave at the first wipe.
I'm sure for easier trials this is better but i rater run with my guild.
Still i have to admit pug runs are more... interesting.
For dungeons i use the dungeon finder and once i've completed all the weapons collection in the arena i don't run it anymore.
Groups for desired content fill really fast on PC NA... it's possible you just didn't look at the right time because of how fast they delist.
I mean we ran a vka at like 2am EST this morning and it filled in about 10 minutes, so unless you looked at exactly the right moment it wouldn't be there. There were other runs posted at the same time but I watched some of them delist in real time.
Make your own group, don't stare at the empty groupfinder screen. When you keep refreshing, you will see groups pop up and fill up. When you make your own group, you will realize they really do fill up quickly.
I'm assuming you reply to my quote about making grouplistings, but I do not speak french that well(or at all haha).JiubLeRepenti wrote: »Créez votre propre groupe, ne regardez pas l'écran vide du groupfinder. I did. See my previous reply about it. It doesn't fix the problem at all.
I'm sorry, but there seems to be a huge difference between normal and veteran trials then. I have no interest in doing normal ones, as I’ve completed them many times. I’m focused on veteran ones to earn achievements and skins. I can see that many ppl are farming nHOF for lead, so I guess it explains how fast these very specific groups are full.
I can’t agree with you at all when you say groups fill in a few seconds. The poor leader with his vMOL group on my screen has been waiting for an hour. The result? Just 5 DPS. He even tried to leave and re-queue a few times.
Maybe it’s a bug, but there’s absolutely no evidence of it.
I've been doing veteran trials for years now. First in Craglorn, then through the group finder. No matter whether I was the leader or just a member, I've never seen a group fill in seconds, and I've probably made 200+ pug vet trials. Some roles (like healer or tank) are definitely more difficult to find, which makes it hard to trust that they fill quickly. It might also depend on whether the trial, dungeon, or arena you're trying to do has just been released.

And yeah, I'm sure veteran trials will take much longer to fill. As the portion of the playerbase running those is probably very very small. Most players only want to do hard content with guildies/friends. Maybe finding a veteran trial guild would solve your problem.

As someone who occasionally start-up groups (PC - NA) ZOS does not give us group creators enough administration abilities to scan people's trial achievements and see what gear the players are currently using. I'm tired of doing normal trials because it's boring to me. I want to do veteran trials. Almost 80% of the time when I join or create veteran trials... My group disbands without the completion of the trial because people don't know the mechanics.. perfect example is in Veteran Dreadsail Reef... the first (twin bosses) people seem to struggle quite a bit on it...
ZOS makes normal trials way too easy to the point where most of the time you're skipping on the mechanics and doing just burn on adds/bosses, and thus... you're not learning anything once you start doing veteran.
