Question About 11 Tickets and Undaunted Event

You will not loot tickets from dungeon bosses if they would put you over 12 ticket cap. But if I have 11 tickets near end of event, how do I get to 12? I like to have 12 going into start of next event. I cannot buy something for 1 event ticket. So I cannot get down from 11 to 10 and then back up to 12? There is no way? You are stuck at 11?

@Dagoth_Rac this is an issue we are aware of and working on addressing in the future. However for the time being, could you place a ticket and then send over the ticket number? No promises, but we can pass this to customer service to see if they can help you here.
