Bug: Stamina Necromancer ability being affected by Negate.

I'm not sure why a bug report on this was closed down in lieu of a post that is about balance (that also doesn't even mention this issue) so I'm reposting this, as it is a BUG, and should not be closed down and redirected to a completely unrelated balance post.
Are you trying to prevent bugs from being fixed??
Blighted Blastbones is a stamina ability, but is being affected by Negate and other Silence effects. This should not be occurring, as Silence effects are intended to prevent Magicka based abilities.
Do not redirect me to another post on BALANCE issues with Necromancer, as that post has nothing to do with this BUG.

Credible_Joe✭✭✭✭I've experienced this as well. Summoning the blastbones works fine; but it appears the explosion it attempts to use counts as a spell, which is negated. The result is a skeleton leaping at its target over and over again for the full duration until it expires, making you wait to cast a new one.Thank you for coming to my T E D talk1
