Is the race change token bugged?

I race changed my Bosmer to a Khajiit some years back, and I'm in the Ashen Scar getting ready to do the Order of the Hidden Moon quest, and I noticed that the line, "My Khajiiti kin worship Azurah too." is not present, and is instead replaced by, "And the Khajiit worship her too?".

I race-changed a couple of my characters several years ago; one was an Argonian DragonKnight that I changed to an Imperial, and the other was an Argonian Templar that I changed to a Breton. Well, for years after the race-changes, these characters still had the increased swimming speed from the Argonian's racial passive Amphibian... I even got other players to race me at swimming so that I could test if what I was seeing was true.

I just tested these characters again today, and it seems like something was sorta fixed, but it's still not completely fixed (?)...

When the Armory system first released I saved these characters' old builds and apparently that also saved the bug along with it. And now when I load those saved Armory builds the characters will have increased swimming speed again, but when I log out the swimming speed returns back to normal.

Imperial (that used to be an Argonian) with increased swimming speed after loading an old saved Armory build:

Imperial (that used to be an Argonian) with normal swimming speed after logging out and then logging back in:

The default swimming speed is 60%, and the Argonian racial passive Amphibian increases swimming speed by 50%. 50% of 60 is 30, and 60 + 30 = 90. And those are the exact swimming speeds shown in the images above.

So yeah, I wouldn't doubt it if something else is wrong with the Race Change feature, such as NPC's not recognizing a race-changed character's new race. :#

I've race changed four of my characters, one is altmer -> bosmer -> breton, one is breton -> dunmer, one is bosmer -> orc and one is altmer -> orc. I haven't really quested on the others, but I did Orsinium on the orcified former altmer and I was recognized as an orc and was able to choose that one quest option only available for orcs. So no, I haven't personally seen these kinda bugs - tho I don't doubt they could happen. This game has a ton of weird bugs that sometimes seem personalized.

I'm not sure all the quest lines get changed? I don't honestly know, but that would be a possibility. If your now-Khajiit is otherwise being totally Khajiit, then that would be my thought - that someone missed rewriting some quest info.

Well, I just figured the coding of the game would recognize that a race change token was used, and change the dialogue and character interactions based on the race you changed to.

Um.... I'm not sure at all that the game's coding is capable of that....

Sounds strange. I would have assumed that if you change the race with a token, it would be changed just the same way as if you created the character like that, as it's the same editor. Racial skills change too, after all. NPCs should react on your character info the way it currently is, I'd think, no matter what race it was in the past.
