Riddle of the moon scribing bug

For the scribing quest the wing of the dragon riddle of the moon can’t get the fourth flower. I get there see the markers for flowers after the 3rd flower the Markers disappear and can’t get the fourth flower to complete. This is recent because was able to do this riddle when gold road 1st came out but in last 2 weeks can’t.
