I dont think so. Many of the lines don't make sense flipped. Plus where the river empties out on the Khajiit's map is much smaller than the western skyrim map. There's more land around the river mouth on their map than ours. The river also empties into the corner on theirs while ours is the middle of the map.PC - NACP 1125
