After playing pvp this update I think I can confidently say something needs to be done about stacking proc damage on proc damage on proc damage, While I do agree the old undeath was over tuned in some situations we’ve got this new problem where the players who stack proc damage sets on top of things like Jerall Mountains Warchief make it near impossible to reset the fight once they have everything proced on you, the old undeath helped with this sort of thing and now that it’s gonna you’ve reinforced it to the community that if you’re not running procs you’re not winning fights and this is not conducive to a good gaming experience we should be telling the community that hitting a combo on your opponent with a well timed stun and ultimate is better then putting 3 proc damage sets on them and waiting for them to die. This is starting to feel like the proc meta from years past and I already don’t like it.

I would seriously consider nerfing this now because no set should give this high of a healing percentage nerf when major defile is only 12% and the healing buffs are 16%/12%, in my opinion it should be at the most 16%.

Say what you will about people calling for nerfs I wasn’t one of them when it came to undeath because I knew from the start if they nerfed vampires spite it being over tuned that it would cause other issues to arise and that’s the consequence of nerfing something without taking into consideration the things they’ve made to counter vampires damage reduction in the first place.

Making anything that is used in PVP less powerful is going to push people to find work-arounds or alternate setups. I've used this set on a handful of builds, including an Arcanist. It works fine on builds that already have strong damage mitigation, like Sorcs and Arcs. But this is not the new Undeath. Changing this will just mean another set will replace it with players wanting to nerf that.

Procs are also fine. Players act like it is a new thing. I remember when Zaan + Elf Bane was melting everything years ago. Or Crimson Twilight after that. If you want no-proc campaigns, they have those.

Stop the nerf. Make PVP sets great again, and make more of them.

Oh of course you’re someone who uses it, that makes sense you can’t see how strong it is because you’re blinded by that fact that you don’t want your build nerfed. Yes and you’ll also remember that elf bane got reworked to not increase zaan’s duration because it was over preforming, I’m not saying procs are an issue I’m saying being able to wear 3 to 4 and just sit back and watch people die is. They are removing all the no proc Campaigns.

As of next update, there will be no environment within ESO where no-proc is possible.

They are converting Ravenwatch and no-cp Imperial City to proc campaigns once again, which given their horrible populations, is not a bad thing.
