the Dagoth 2021 collectibles went to Phillius Dormier in 2023 and the Akatosh 2022 collectibles were added in 2024 so the Dibella 2023 collectibles will probably be added 2025.miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

Going by how other years worked all the returning fragments were available during December's New Life event so you'll probably get to buy them then. (Assuming they were available to buy this year)0 -

edited to spoiler my comment as it was slightly wrong at first.Passion's Muse was the q2 collectible in 2023,
Meadowbreeze Memories skin was q1's and is currently available during Mayhem which is a q3 event. So Passion's Muse should return in q4's events
- Witches Festival in October/November
- likely a Necrom event in November
- New Life fest in December/January
here's the correction
Meadowbreeze Memories skin is currently available in q3 and it was the q2 event collectible in 2023.
Passion's Muse was q1's and thus it should be available in q2's events next year. its fragments were available during the recent Zeal of Zenithar.
