I purchased (The Elder Scrolls Online: Hailcinder Mount Pack), I only received 3000 crowns, where did my fawn go, is there a bug in the game's system?

if i remember correctly you get the Hailcinder Elk mount via in-game mail.
did you check your mail?

They wont be able to do anything without a ticket, I would suggest raise on as soon as possible so they can look into it
