I've been crashing, then getting this error a lot lately. I'm on a PS5. I've cleared the cache, and rebuild the database. My video settings are in performance mode and default for the rest. It's happening multiple times a day since the update.
Has anyone else been experiencing this lately?

As useless as those instructions are most of the time, I suspect that they have a support script that they have to follow and recommending those articles is probably part of it.
In my more optimistic moments, I like to think that they are aware of how unhelpful it is, but are bound by the job to keep doing it. They have my sympathies.2 -

Yes, I have done all of these things. My game is freezing. I have to close it, then it gives the unexpected internal error. It's been happening multiple times a day since the update.0
