The new museum show-off house is the perfect oportunity to bring displayable motifs as furniture

Give us the ability to craft equipment as furniture!

We have so many style pages and motif knowledge and costumes and adornments. Why not allow us to display them?

Allow us to craft them as furniture and lay them anywhere we want. On the floor, on the wall, floating, building a throne made of swords. Give us mannequins and display cases.

We already have mannequins modeled in game. And it should be fairly doable to bring the motif assets to furniture.

This should be a great way of incentivizing spending style nodes and furniture material.

The livestream even showcased the room for displaying these equipment!

Yes please. Just any weapons or armor, at this point I would settle for the generic ground clutter that they use.

I'd love to see a mannequin like they had in Skyrim, where I could display a specific outfit whenever I wanted. I always put Cicero's clothing on display, personally. If there was on in-game, I'd put on the Emperor's Armor and display it right next to the Throne of Cyrodiil.

BTW, "The Emperor's Clothes" is a great book. I recommend it to anyone, regardless of their age. o:)

*laughing* Yeah, I read that before first grade (yep, I was a VERY early reader - and that only continued as time went on....)

As for the Skyrim mannequins.... I was SO thankful when someone created a mod to make them stand still! Before the mod, all the mannequins in the halls in the mod Legacy of the Dragonborn moved all the time. Talk about CREEPY.... *shudder* I remember walking into the house in Riften one time and finding both the downstairs mannequins upstairs....

I read it before first grade, as well...I was also a very early reader, with high comprehension! We must be distantly related and don't even know it, LOL

Sometimes they even blocked stairways and doors... That's the reason I never used them in Skyrim, even if I would have enjoyed putting some pieces of armour on display.

Oh, I actually did remove the ones in the Riften house and a couple of others. But damn, there were probably a hundred of them in LotD, and some of them were there to show off some of the "artifacts" you found while filling the museum....

I would like to see the ability to clothe a mannequin in a complete outfit as a single item. This would cut down on the Item Cap issues when making an Armory.

Sure, offer the option to have individual pieces, perhaps a specific mannequin for that. But 99% of mine would be of one Motif and Weight.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Ironically, unless they increase the item limit of this new display house by about 200, it won't fit all the busts and trophies in game. And that's just the busts and trophies would overfill this new house all by themselves. (I know because I have them all)

It's not even the item limit, but the collectible limit that would need to be increased. Busts and trophies fall under the collectibles, and for a notable home while you sub, I think the cap is at 150? And a lot more than just busts and trophies fall under that category, so ultimately anyone who's been subbing awhile and played a lot of content will never get to display everything.

Of course, the overall item limit needs increasing too, but I'm skeptical that ZOS will ever do that, even when dropping support for older devices.
