The Bound Pickaxe Strike customized animation now erroneously renders an extra pickaxe in the player's hand in addition to the one hitting the node.
Prior appearance from UESP:
Based on the relative sizes of the pickaxes, the normal pickaxe animation object is hitting the node while the bound pickaxe is being held by the player instead of striking the node.
Didn't look further down but can confirm it happening as well. I like the animation as well and adding my voice to this, nor realized there was already a thread for this.
Safe to say it's happening to everyone who likes this customized action and actively uses it. Hopefully Zenimax fixes it sooner rather than later, but I wouldn't hold my breath or anything. Sad life.

They will fix it.
Maybe it will take some time, but they will fix it for sure, they always do.
Just please open a bug-ticket to let them directly know.

Yes.... what I said doesn't say that they won't fix it, it just implies that it probably won't be fixed soon (I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't get fixed until the next chapter or another "big" update).... like normal Zenimax fashion.
