I formatted my Xbox today as there was unaccounted memory taken on the hard drive and ever since I’ve been unable to log into eso with the mentioned error code in the title.

I’ve taken all necessary steps to fix it and it’s still not working. Admin help please @ZOS_Bill

    Also deleted the game and played via the cloud and it works. I’ve tried almost everything I can think of / find online so any suggestions would be great. I have friends Xbox in the house and it works on this one too. I also can’t create a new account either

    If you've already tried reinstalling ESO on your Xbox, the next step will be to start a ticket with customer support.
