PC EU, got booted, can't get back in

I was in the Vivek outlaw refuge by the banker, and first I couldn't put things in the bank because the button E wasn't responding (on the working keyboard), and then I got booted to login screen and couldn't get back in since. Gives me the server connection error, although everything else is working, announcements on the page are working, internet is good and fast etc.
I repaired through the launcher, but it didn't help. Still same error.

I have it in antivirus exceptions and it has never been an issue. I haven't had that issue before. Everything was working fine, and then suddenly it booted me to login screen and keeps giving the same error not letting me back in, but everything else is working fine. I don't know how there could be an issue since I'm able to log in here and make this topic. It's just strange.0 -

I'm usually playing directly from the game file.
So I tried repairing the game through launcher, then starting it through steam and launcher, and it still gives me the same error. No issues with anything else, nor Internet.0 -

It seems like it wasn't anything connected to my system or my Internet connection, but the error occurred on the server side -- it's as if it had put me on a timeout because I had been trying to get back into the game without waiting out a proper time. And with each attempt it was putting me on longer and longer timeouts if that's possible.
