Sake of Divines, stop running pug raids in vCR with +1 Galenve.

For PUGs, Hoarfrost is a hard mechanic. They can't drop it often, they often drop it directly into the raid, damaging the entire group, or they ignore it altogether if it's moving somewhere far behind the raid. Just do +Rele. It's much easier. It's easier to explain what - blue screen, swap, count to 10. That's it. I've gone to vCR+1 many times group finder once already and 99% of the time it's always +Galenve. And 99% of the time I leave after 3-4 wipes.

Bar swap with pugs is worse.

I've seen all three go catastrophically with pugs, Siroria and Relequen too. It's mechanics that have to eventually be obeyed, they can't be out-dps'ed or mitigated, and they require coordination and environmental awareness, which is more difficult in random groups without comms, even when there's players that know how they go. As an aside, I think it's cool (albeit frustrating) that old trials can still kill groups easily, it shows the cleverness of the mechanics and how they are always the king in content.

Guild groups I feel struggle more with Relequen than Galenwe. Relequen is an individual problem that can wipe the group, Galenwe everyone can help deal with. What people really need to understand is vCR+ is hardmode. It's old content but it's still difficult because you have to do mechanics correctly.

Might as well say don't do vCR+. This is why ppl never learn and so many runs are bait.

Nature of going into vCR with pugs is as such :D

For Frost mech, you need 2DD's to know what they are doing and the rest of the group are free from any additional mechs. As a DD joining vCR, this is my preferred +1 mech. Because I know I can always pick it up and the worst that can happen is one guy freezing due to missing the synergy.

Bar swap seems to be easy to handle, but you are trusting all members to properly and patiently swap bars. I have heard excuses like "my addon was not showing correctly"...well your entire screen is blue! This puts a bit extra pressure on tanks and healers as well. Worst thing that can happen is an instant wipe.

We do not talk about fire mech. Many friendships have been betrayed on this mech.

    Fire stack is easy ,

There’s only 3 places a DD should be in that entire fight

    On the bosses tail
Stacked on portal (to reach the creepers and only when transiting boss jumps)
    In the portal doing them

I don’t know how many people get it so wrong
Let the healers do the darkness kite and shards
Upstairs. Nominate 2 dds for hoarfrost. 2 for portals (and a backup if needed)

    There. That’s plus 3 done

There's also the orbs, you need at least 1 sentient DD to kill them, so this basically prevents pugs from completing vCR

I think you overestimate the average pug's raid awareness. 90% of them don't even know zmaja has a tail.
