I see today that there is another Battleground daily endeavor despite there being a bug that can lock you out of your account until the next server maintenance is performed.



@ZOS_Kevin - was there ever an update that the team is aware of this specific bug and working on a fix?

@ZOS_Kraken - are we sure my ticket - still in "waiting on agent" status almost a week later - is ever going to be addressed? Is it with the correct team? Or should I create a new one (though I am told we should not normally do that)? I have replied to it daily so that it doesn't auto-close out, but it's been nearly a full week of being ignored now. Yes, my original problem was resolved through no one's help but regular server maintenance (THANK GOODNESS - imagine me being locked out for a week with no reply otherwise...), but I still have not received an answer on if it's safe to log into the character who was affected (literally afraid to play that character again, guys) and I'd still like at least a yes or a "no, go away now" regarding compensation for the time I was locked out.
