I'm not going to lie, I hate card games in general, but there are technical issues that make this one stand out even more compared to others I've tried.

First and foremost, I hate how slow and drawn-out all the animations are. They should be nearly instantaneous. This is a big problem when the meta is largely centered around combo'ing mostly using the crow deck - I haven't found any other strategy to be nearly as effective. I would say the 90 second timer is excessive and allows people to grief, but due to the slow animations you can actually run out of time in your turn even using Auto-Play cards because you draw your entire deck with each turn. You're likely to win at this point, but that brings me to my next point - the game is pretty much won at that point, so forcing players to go through the theater of playing each card one-by-one is just gruelling.

The next issue is that you get a leaver penalty for conceding. I probably don't need to explain this to regulars, but a significant portion of matches are decided within the first 5 turns of a match. It's incredibly snowbally and if the game hands the enemy player crow cards and leaves you with weak cards on your turns you might as well concede. I guess this is just a complaint that the game needlessly punishes you when it's obvious that you've lost anyway. Not only can you hold players hostage, you can't avoid doing so. A player can't even draw while the other player simultaneously plays cards. Why not?

If I had suggestions, I'd recommend allowing animation cancelling. Allow the active player whose turn it is to always be able to do stuff and not have to wait for the other player to draw. I don't see why we can't maybe pause the timer while unskippable animations are playing. I'd prefer a speed-chess mode where you have a pool of time that is dwindling throughout the match. I think these sorts of things are sound and can make this game at least fun. I also hate the RNG aspect of the game, but I can see the appeal.

I really hate it when the animations take away time, especially in case of Psijic and Almalaxia cards. More often than not I lose out on massive amount of gold while the animation just holds me hostage and make me unable to play fast before timer runs out.

As for trolling people by wasting time, yeah, happens a lot too, I have lost many matches while winning simply because the opponent decided to waste time and see whether or not I dc.

Yes, the animations take too long. This has been brought up before. The Elder Scrolls Legends had this issue too, but the difference between that game and TOT is that TESL fixed their animation speed.

And why does one players draw only complete after the other players draw is being done. The game can't have 2 players drawing cards at the same time?
    Don't tank

yeah this is the problem i usually notice, even such as when the opponents turn ends, their draw will hold you up playing any cards, activating agents, processing your own combos

theres only a few effects which actually do anything to an opponents deck, such as the amalexia patron, that makes sense to wait till the opponent has finished drawing, but like trying to play a rahjin combo has nothing to do with the opponents deck so it shouldnt stall out until the opponent finishes drawing

I don't even do player matches because they are so slow.

I would like another lvl up from Expert NPC's Maybe something like "Master" (like our chests). I suppose there is a point where humans can not beat AI? but a notch down might work.

there technically is a rank above the expert, the "grandmaster" npcs that have unique decks

but they still use the same AI as all of the other tribute npcs

They have a little bit better RNG on their side but that is all, wish they would play smarter. Also, aren't they "Founders"?

the 5 original ones added with tribute are yes, but other chapters/dlcs have added other npcs which are basically the same tier as them and they are explicitly called grandmasters
