✭✭✭✭✭I don't think competition is needed in this part of the game. Also, with rewards atteached to it, the risk for abuse (that some people already see when there's a ranking list, even without rewards) would increase. Even more so if the reward is some special rare item (I guess, if at all, gold would be okay - it's useful for the next project, but no special collector's thing, which might reduce the risk of people aggressively/unfairly fighting about it).@Syldras | PC | EU

✭✭Basically, I think it’s like others have said, if people enjoy doing housing, they will do it, and if they don’t, they won’t. The only motivation I could think of to get people who aren’t currently interested in housing to be more interested is like someone said above, add more functionality to houses.

Well, I enjoy housing, but I wouldn't touch home tours on a bet. More functionality though, yes, I'd be down for that!______________________________________________________

I wouldn't mind if there was a reward for LISTING a house and getting your first recommend for each property--like a small bunch of housing mats. That would encourage people to list, without creating a game where people have to spam their house to win rewards or making it competitive.

As for the rewards, I wouldn't be against adding some fun incentive to get into (or more into) housing.
But instead of rankings we could have something like previous community events to encourage using tours tool. Example: if x amount of people list or visit a house in x amount of time all get a free house.

✭✭✭✭✭It should stay as it is! Those who enjoy sharing their housing will do so and those who enjoy marveling at these creations now have new means to do so. I am enjoying it!
I don’t want any players to feel the need to put a house up or attract visitors for any tangible benefit — that would only only cause stress and frustration and dilute the postings of actual creations with stuff thrown together to meet criteria or whatever.
