The game hasn't worked right since launch a month ago, the bots are rampant, and you just keep double charging paying customers. I do enjoy the fact that I can spend hours in load screens for just trying to PvP a whole six weeks after launch...and your customer service treats me like dirt, so glad I gave you my money for an unfinished product!

    Well, if the fast food arrived cold, was not what he ordered, was specked with fly droppings and his credit card was charged for it twice he should cry about that also.

    ok so heres a list of what you have wrong :)

    1. BOTS ARE BEING WORKED ON! they have a GM pop into dungeons every 5 hours. the main problem now are the lines of bots killing mobs OUTSIDE of dungeons and the chat spammers
    2. you must have a bad internet connection if you have long loading screens. they fixed that and i havnt had an issue for awhile :)
    3. they already said they are looking into the double payment. so please just be patient
    4. the GMs wont get to EVERYBODY when they post. sometimes you will be missed depending on how important some things are over others. there are THOUSANDS of players and maybe only 100 or less/more GMs. so they are going to miss people


    so you creating this post isnt helping anybody. IF you dont like the game and are not patient enough to wait it out and stop complaining. then i reccomend you just stop playing. Zenimax has more pressing problems to fix then listen to people whine and moan and flame their company. so again the main thing here is BE PATIENT.

    They fixed bat swarm stacking in Cyrodiil and made the AOE's that were out of line with other AOEs cap correctly as originally intended.

    Ok so they have hundreds of MAJOR bugs to fix now that they fixed that MINOR one! Thanks for the info

    well they nerfed vamp cause of PVP. i hear they are working on a fix for the shield bash. so no. they havnt fixed ANYTHING for PVP have they? and you didnt speak about PVP bugs. you were crying about bots/doublepayments/Loading screens/ Customer service. was giving you a rundown of what they are doing in order to counter your moans. and as i said these posts dont help anybody. and YOU tell others that THEIR Thankyou Posts (most are not sarcastic like yours btw) are clogging up the forums? well you sir are a hypocrite. so ill say to you what you said to another, PLEASE DONT POST THIS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!     It certainly wasn't minor. The bat swarm AOE stacking wiping whole raids, where one player could control the movement of an entire enemy army, was causing players to drop out of Cyrodiil in droves.

    All of the other issues in Cyrodiil paled in comparison, as seen on the forums and in game. It was, for a time, game breaking to most and an unfair advantage to the rest.

    Lol...there are so many other bugs with Cyrodiil aside from that from before launch, just read the forums before you start arguing with some body who speaks of things you know nothing about!

    Grouping bug for Cyrodiil has been around for about eight months...NEVER fixed!

    Long time before Release for those of who are awful at Mathematics!

    For wanting a finished product?...Like I asked what is your problem in Customer Service where you feel the need to argue with paying customers?

    Can we FINALLY get these instigators and breakers of ToS banned for their crimes on silencing and insulting paying customers? Or do they work for Zenimax?

    I just argue with opinions and others arguments...no need to insult me personally just because you can't match my intelligence!

    Or do the rules only apply for those against some of Zenimax policies regardless of how much they paid!

    Just grow up, if you post a thread like this then you have to expect negative criticism. Please remember in the scheme of things at least they are trying to fix things and have apologise for things they have done wrong. Its not perfect but at least its not like the sim city launch or any other on line launch. I get frustrated with the bugs too, but still enjoy the game, each to their own.

    Lol...they have silenced me enough for basic issues on a game they charge so many for...I assure you the deception isn't on my part i would love this game I paid for as long as they treated PvP'rs as part of the game as I have Championed for many months regardless of threats and insults from the game community!

    Arguing on an Issue on the internet that has nothing to do with you...is the intelligent thing to do my! Sorry you just had throw that virtue away...the game i paid for still doesn't work right...thank you Zeni for just having fellow customers insult me and break ToS...just because i want a game that works right...I did pay for it you scoundrels!

    For Christ sake i paid for this game Too Zeni...can you enforce the rules to these thugs who keep braking the rules...and ban them for braking your own rules...why are they allowed to personally insult me? Because My opinion differs from Zenimax?

    Calling me a "stalker" and saying my behavior is "deplorable" hurts my feelings and is insulting to me. By posting on a PUBLIC FORUM your asking for other people to post what they think of your opinion. If you didn't want it public you should keep it in correspondence with Zenimax not here. Again your making general statements about your problems instead of posting anything specific.

    If you post specific bugs you want fixed someone might be able to help, saying "everything's broken" is just bitching.

    I stepped aside but these people called me back to the front lines with personal insults...so do you stand behind these rule breakers Zeni and want me to Escalate this? Unlike your customer service I will do what I feel is right!

    I don't think Zenmiax responds well to threats. I would recommend not threatening to "Escalate this". Perhaps you should state your concerns in a list rather than just saying "PVP issues".
