Yes. I do so a couple of times a day - in the morning before logging in (early....), and in mid afternoon. Chrome is silly about stuff, it's just better to clear cache.

I see them on my phone because I have the forums set to "Desktop site". This way it looks exactly like it does on my PC.

Any chance you have an Extension such as uBlock Origin, TamperMonkey, etc.. that may mistakenly be filtering out script/css elements that contain that image? I've accidentally killed off regularly seen images a couple of times durinig some seriously sleep deprived web-surfing sessions.

Yes, of course - but I don't spend 24/7/365 here; sometimes Kevin will post some info in a thread while I'm "elsweyr" (like an 80 mile round trip to town, or just buried in the game having fun) and I used to be able to see that an admin or mod had posted by the little icon. Now, since some update to chrome or uBlock a month or so back, I don't see the icon any more. And I do not routinely read EVERY post on the index page - I only read things of interest to me specifically (except for trying to keep track of info about the game posted in other threads by, mostly, Kevin).
I did some tweaks to uBlock but it's still not showing up, even after tweaks and cache-clearing etc. *shrug*

No trailing forward slashes or parameters?
DenverRalphy wrote: »Just spitballing here, but there's an outside chance that the css element could be inherited from a relative path instead of a direct path to the parent element. Which in theory could result in it not functioning if the element hasn't been properly referenced properly from the top forum page. So perhaps try navigating to the forums from the ESO main page, or go directly to forums.elderscrollsonline.com with no trailing directories or parameters just to see if that corrects it for you.
But hey, like I said, just tossin out ideas here. I'm currently working so I don't have time to Inspect the elements of the page and work backwards from there. My web design/troubleshooting chops are about 5 years out of practice.
So, I'm now using Dark Theme - Dark Mode for Chrome. The header and footer are still white, but everything else (including the staff icons!) is now working correctly.
Again, thanks all, for the help!
