Revisiting old sets

I would personally love it if ESO would randomly revisit old sets and buff them without posting what they have done. This is something ESO could do from time to time at it's own pace to give new life to old contents and sets that already exist, giving a fun element to the game with random results and discovery to older things the dev's placed a lot of time and love into.
For example Mad Tinkerer could have the stun buffed to 4 seconds or have the fabricant cause a bleed debuff.
just a thought, there are so many sets that can be tweaked mildly to create a random fun effect for players to discover.
Please consider this.

I would love this -- as it is, most of the base overland sets are merely things that accumulate in your sticker book... and "might" give you something to research.... but have no real value, themselves, even if sold.
Many of the crafted sets are better.... until you get dungeon sets, etc..... which means that, for a lot of players, those overland sets are never used.

They already do this, look at Archer’s Mind from DSA, a set that went from 5% plus 10%, to 8% plus 16% out of nowhere without a notice.

We’ve also seen sets stealth nerfed, like Caluurion’s Legacy. No patch note whatsoever and they massacred the set:

Overall, it’s better when changes are communicated, so if they don’t make sense people can give feedback on them before the changes go live.

I am in no way promoting nerfs, only unannounced buffs. Nerfs need to be posted always.

I would love to see an overhaul on sets there's a lot older sets with ridiculous cool downs and conditions which makes them useless in today's environment
