Luminous Ink

To better align with other specialty crafting materials, we have added additional sources for Luminous Ink.

If you have the Dragon Luminary’s Blessing, you now have a low chance for Luminous Ink to drop with Treasure Chests.
If you have the Gryphon Luminary’s Blessing, you now have a low chance for Luminous Ink to drop in Heavy Sacks.

Do you NOW HAVE to do the Blessings Quest for every Character ?

Same as before as long as you have 1 toon having done the lot, the rest get a Carry?

They would have annouced such a big change. It could fall through the cracks of course. Wait 5 mins (fingers crossed) and find out for yourself.

The blessings are account-wide, if you have already unlocked it for one character, then it applies to all of your characters on the server. The change to the blessings does not require you to complete the quests again.

I believe it is the same as before. If they change it, there is going to be a lot of upset players.

LOL, Army Saying " Prior Preparation Prevents A *** Poor Performance! "

I am putting All of my toons through, all 20 of them, its killing my mind, BUT,,,, Gotta think of others over yourself!

Pedantically Speaking , the Above patch note , could be interpreted as a notice of a change!!!

I am hoping for the same rules, but it never hurts to ask the question

They are Upgrades and thus account-wide like all upgrades, just like those you can buy in the Infinite Archive
