You wanted to let people cast spells they want to more, and cast buffs less.
Fast forward a few patches and now you are decreasing the duration of major buffs from scribing skills from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
This is not right. This is counter intuitive. This is a decrease of quality of life.
In short, this is a really poor decision.
