No Veteran Glyph drops in Veteran Zones.

Is it just me or are all the Glyphs that drop Veteran PvE questing zones all level 40-50.
I am Veteran 6 and I just noticed all the ones I find and am deconstructing say "can only be placed on weapon or armour from level 40-50" or something.
So where are the Veteran Glyphs?
Do I have to make them or can I place the level 40-50 ones on the Vet gear I pick up?

I am EP, so have done all DC and now starting AD and I have not seen 1.

I've found plenty of veteran glyphs.
I've sent lot of glyphs to my guild mate who's leveling enchanting.
I guess you've just been the unluckiest person ever, OP.0 -

What do these Veteran Glyphs look like or what are they called.
I'm sure when I read the ones I'm picking up at V6 in a V7 zone all say "can only be used on items 40-50' .. so these are not Veteran Glyphs correct?
They are all Grand this and Great that.
