[EU] Shy gang roll out

I struggle finding people to play with because I'm rather shy and have spent most of my ESO life doing overland PVE on my own. But I'd really like to start doing all the DLC dungeons (I've done many of the standard ones via dailies) and then move on to veteran runs with some cool people. Maybe some trials after that if we have fun as a group.

I'm not the best player by any means, but I have done vet maelstrom so I think I'm not overly terrible. Just terrible at socialising!

I'm @Schwindlig in game if you fancy it.

Friend invite sent. In-game mail is very short - as it should probably be - so it's probably better to give some depth here. I do not play with pick-up groups, I really find them too hostile, in too much of a rush, and I often wonder why they're even bothering. The endless forum topics on fake tanks, fake healers and fake DDs set my teeth on edge. I'd rather go solo or wait till enough people I know are available. The latter is especially important for trials.
This is a game, not a competition. We're here to enjoy it. When I do a dungeon, I want to open every chest, every heavy sack (and even the not so heavy ones), read the books, find the secret bosses and maybe even defeat them! And wow, just look at that amazing bit of scenery there! I like to know mechanics, burning my way through is not an option. It's a bit like having a long, relaxed lunch.
We do the pledges almost every day, basic game dungeons in vet even if we're just two, DLC usually in normal but if we have a full group we can give vet a go. We spent a couple of months learning Fang Lair vet. Some of the group join the vet trial nights but I'm too old and ugly to be shouted at for not doing enough damage, so I do something else if I have nobody to group with. I do try and organise a normal, very relaxed trial every so often.
I used to be guild leader of a guild with this as an ethos, but as people learn the content and become stronger, they tend to become more competitive and start shouting at me. So I handed over to someone who does the big damage and meets the content expectations. I'm still in that guild, with my house at their disposal, but tend to focus more now on a smaller, more close-knit group, also in that guild. The smaller group does have its own forgotten corner.
While discord is available, I prefer Teamspeak for its smaller footprint on voicechat.
It does look like a good fit to me, but is it what you are looking for?

(Anyone else reading this, who likes the idea, can contact me ingame, where I'm @cyberjanet as well.)
