Anyone else unable to play? Unexpected internal error

Last few weeks I’ve been getting random lag spikes then disconnects over and over again. Tested net it’s good, followed all tech help steps including reinstalling the entire game. PC/NA. My usual ping is between 40-80 typically. Lately it random hits 5000-8000 then kicks me with unexpected internal error code. Then I switch to PC/EU there’s no error. Anyone else?

    Given all you have tried, please try opening a ticket with our support team here so that they can take a close look at the connection between your machine and the server.

    Hello. I tried to put in a ticket but the submit button is greyed out. I think it wants a file I do not understand it

    You will need a Game Consultant file. Here is an article with information on how to get one. It will also be helpful to have a DxDiag file, which you can find out how to generate here.
