As I play solo or pugs most the time what numbers am I like looking for on the 3 and 6 dummy self buffed. What would you say is your minimum.

✭30k on the 3 mill dummy was easily doable 5 years ago (by me with 2 DD sets - not meta- and before I really understood a rotation) so should be more than achievable today. I'd expect anyone queuing as DD in vet DLC dungeons to hit this minimum.
Solo content can be done naked so there's no real minimum DPS but practicing your rotation on a dummy means you'll find it easier to keep up your damage while dealing with mechs in solo arenas0
