Hello, Have a question, I got the Molag bal skin and ths recall called coldharbour recall.
At first I thought it was supposed to give a recall discount. It was working, I think. It cost me 39 gold to teleport on the map. Now it' back to 116 gold to start? Did this change or is it a function I may have turned off?

Where exactly are you seeing a discount?
Outside of events, the only discount I can think of off the top of my head is:

Im not aware of it giving a discount. Is it possible that you purchased/used the recall during the Zenithar event when all recall/porting was at a very reduced cost? The crates and the event happened at just about the same time I believe?3 -

✭✭✭✭another Recall had a bug in the past that made it reduce travel costs, but that was fixed.
Zeal of Zenithar reduces travel costs so you probably saw 39 gold during that event, it ended only 4 weeks agomiaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

Likely as you said because it was only a few days I noticed the 39 gold fee to port when for me it's always been 116 to start.
