When will we be able to choose the PVP rank icon?
Today we can choose the title we want to use, including PVP rank titles, the question I've been asking myself is: when will we be able to choose the icon we want? This would be interesting, since we can choose any title for any character, an image merely illustrative of a dream of mine

No thanks. People already use low rank titles like Tyro to bait those who are less observant into attacking them. I can see why group leads may want to use their Grand Overlord title and symbol on their lower ranked alts, as some players put a certain amount of trust in that title/symbol, but beyond that… I think it would mainly be used to grief.9 -
That's what I don't make sense of not being able to choose the rank icons, and you can choose any title in any char

✭✭✭I never personally put any stock on the 'title' or 'icon'.
I have earned every single rank so far either as a wall goblin or doing PvDoor.
All things being equal I should achieve GO next Mayhem, still can't PvP for ****. I only want to unlock the dyes.
The only assumption I make is that anyone I encounter can take me down in 1GCD for every 20k health I have. I am right far more often that I am wrong (on that assumption).

✭Never. I do not think ZOS is interested in encouraging baiting and grifting in their game.
I've earned my ranks as GO and Empress and wear my scars and titles with pride. None of them have come easy. The idea that one would enjoy baiting people into thinking they're PvP noobs just to "own" them is petty and really sad.

✭✭✭I think showing the appropriate icon makes up for the fact that any title that is not earned by that character can be used. The icon is really the only way to know that character’s true rank if you are another player.
