So I had a friend irl who freaked out at me for playing the beta of Wildstar instead of playing this, going off on how we deserve to go bankrupt, yadda yadda yadda.

Anyways, he had gotten his (and our) guild up to 10 members and then the drama happened. Now he's lost 3 of those and is back down to 7, so does it lock the bank's access and hold the loot for "ransom?" Or does it just mail it back or even delete it?
I want to know for future reference, since this could be a fairly common situation I would like to avoid losing out on gear.
