Cannot exit Mount Firesong after quest

In the Ivy Throne quest, after killing the final boss you cannot exit Mount Firesong. The entrance/exit vanishes and the only other way out is unreachable. Porting out doesn't continue the quest, forcing you to go back in (dying instantly when you re-enter Mount Firesong) and then being stuck once again.

Try to port out to Vastyr, then take the boat to the Y'ffelon island and take one of the small rowboats back to the large boat. That fixed it for me.

I was stucked here too but nothing worked for me. I abandoned quest, taked it again and everything worked. Frii ported me to the ship. But at first time it was rly heavy bugged.

I'm stuck as well.. Abandoned it and i can not find now where is the starting point of quest. any ideas ?
Fixed it. Port back to Mandrake Manor and continue from there

This is still like this. Are there any plans to fix this?

Also, porting out to Vastyr, then taking the boat to the Y'ffelon island, then taking one of the small rowboats back to the large boat as another poster suggested is a valid workaround but not a fix for the bug.

Still bugged, not fixed yet. Same issue encountered today, doing this quest for the first time (PC/NA).

Also, once aboard the ship, on the "Return to Vastyr" step, I cannot speak to the other optional quest step crew members. The markers are there on my Heads up Display bar, but there is no option to speak to anyone except Lady Arabelle. (Relog did not fix this).
Fortunately, the main quest step is still working (travel to Vastyr).

Yep, totally bugged. I just did it now. A and I funny I did the same as mentioned above, just took the ship back after teleporting.

Edit, also after going back to the perfect pounce and speaking with Lady Arabelle. Options are to talk to Druid Laure, Count Stefan and Captain Siravaen and I can't do any of them. I tried logging out, reloading ui. It didn't work. I was only able to travel back to Vastyr.

Still bugged workaround teleport to a guild or friends house you don't own logout log back in you are at the entrance to firesong. 😁

A bit late for me but … This happened to me today.
I work 7 days a week and have limited time I finally got some time to finish all this story content I finish the boss and than go to exist Mount fire song and I literally can’t I just burn to death. So what I did was I teleported to my player house and traveled back to where Mount fire song was and eventually came to where the boat was and took it back but wasn’t able to actually talk to any of the side characters and get their dialog. Never had issues in eso like this but this is some Skyrim level bug fest. Lol. Likely I will be skipping this part of the chapter with other characters until it’s fixed (if that ever happens).

I teleported to my player house and had to travel all the way back to the island mt fire song is on and take the boat back. It worked for me but It was immersion breaking and time wasting. It ruined the end of the story sadly and ruining the end of a boss battle really bites, becuase it ruins that epic escape after some danger vibe.

This quest is still bugged today. While there's a workaround it ruins the end of the story. I really hoped it would have been fixed by now

I'm doing the Galen main quests now, I'll have to remember this thread when that particular quest bugs out on me. It's odd that it hasn't been fixed yet, after almost 1.5 years.

Not really surprising if you look at all the other bugs they haven't fixed over the years.

I did this quest last night, PC-NA. No problems with getting out at all. Boss got stuck in an invulnerability phase for several minutes with no progress, though.

I did this quest today, and ran into a different problem. While trying to find Lord Bacaro inside the mountain, I somehow (not sure how) managed to strand myself on a rocky outcrop with a cliff on one side, and impassable lava everywhere else. LOL

I ended up porting to one of my houses, wayshrined to Vastyr, got on the small boat again, met up with the company on Y'ffelon, went back to the Mount Firesong entrance, then not far inside the cavern found Lord Bacaro. I then defeated him, and Frii ported me to the Perfect Pounce. So, it wasn't the final boss fight that got me stuck, it was something different.

An odd quest, to be sure.
