Blossom Bloom memento vanishing after loading screens, not usable 'til timer ends, not deletable.

Just bought the Blossom Bloom memento and it's cool but unlike other mementos if you teleport or if you enter an instance it vanishes, canceling the visual effect.
Also, you can't reapply the effect because the timer is still going like if it was still active.
Also, you can't go in the character page and cancel the effect to reapply it, because it does not appear at all in the active effects section of the character page.
But the memento icon in the quick slot becomes coloured, it's not grayed out.
All of this seems to me like if the effect simply becomes invisible when the instance change. But still, it doesn't appear at all in the character page, so there could be more issues with it.
It's a shame that a so beautiful memento, showcased in the trailer too, is bugged - please fix so that it persists, working perfectly like the Floral Aura one for example!

It's when you change region, or enter a Dungeon, or enter a player house - when you change area the visual effect goes off and remains unreapplyable."..........Anyway, here's how

✭✭I didn't see a fix for this bug on PTS patch notes yet but please don't let an entire year pass before it get solved.
