I keep randomly losing matches and it's getting really annoying. Sometimes it refuses to give me a chance to beat their prestige and it just ends in "Defeat." It seems extremely arbitrary.

sayswhoto✭✭✭80 and above prestige is an automatic win.
It should give you a banner warning and if you hover over the prestige counter (blue hexagon with the prestige number) it should have some text about it.2 -
