Disappointing Crown Crate items: Revelry Sparkles, Scholar's Spectacles

It's disappointing when stuff that costs extra, especially at the exorbitant prices of crown crates, has quality issues or is bugged.
In the Diamond crates, the Revelry Sparkles are glitched. If you watch for a bit, you'll notice the background flashes in and out. It's a really obvious result of missing or black frames that can happen when an animation isn't looped properly.
I was also looking forward to the return of the Dark Chivalry crates for a long time so I could finally get the Scholar's Spectacles for my Arcanist Khajiit... and it looks so stupid, they sit so high on the face. I understand this is probably a variable 3D geometry issue where they can't account for every face type. So this one is more forgivable, I don't even know if this can be fixed.

I wonder what determines where the spectacles sit? On one of my Khajiit the spectacles look a bit high while they appear fine on the other in preview. On my female Argonian, the spectacles sit quite low and make it look like she’s looking out over reading glasses for the stereotypical librarian look!0 -
What are the height settings for your eyes on the slider?
I wonder if the glasses assume a roughly middle slider for eye height0 -

Yeah this is may be part of the reason; also they're attached to the eyebrows as far as rigging.
Another thing I discovered via a different thread is the positioning is more obvious due to my cats' pose: they're all using Jester, which leans back a bit. The default pose looks like this:

Anyway I'm not actually mad or anything; they can't possibly account for all the variables with this. Just a little bummer, but the second try pic had me LMAO.

Uh huh. The glasses, though I won't be using them, aren't technically bugged. That part is just funny and I know nothing will be done for the reasons already in above posts.
The revelry sparkles are brand new and should be a quick fix.
