Could you provide your ticket numbers so that we can see where each of you are at in the troubleshooting process?
@Durnik
Have you tried going through the crash troubleshooting below?
What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?
I've done a game repair, I've tried with only a few addons. I feel like west weald is much mor prone to crash. I have also tried lowering video card settings (which shouldn't be necessary on my system). Sometimes I can play for only a few minutes and them sometimes its long enough that I feel its all working. After crashing I get a lot of errors about gamepad which I don't use. I do feel the new polymorph/mount combo makes it worse so I had to quit using those for now.
I have found that my crashing was due to the Intel processor I am using. I had similar issues with my i9-13900k and got it replaced by Intel. Well, I got a check back and I bought the i9-14900k. It wasn't until recently that I started having issues with ESO crashing (only ESO). Since I hadn't seen reported issues about the 14900k I thought it was just ESO. Come to find out, when I did the same steps I did to diagnose the 13900k issues I found the 14900k I bought has the same issues.
Basically, I have to disable cores 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for ESO to be stable. I tested each core but it seems to be a combination of 2 or more of those first 6 cores being an issue. So for now I just disabled them. Eventually I'll process another RMA with Intel. The problem is there isn't a great option to replace my CPU with. Downgrading the CPU to a 1200k (or there abouts) might be more of a performance hit than disabling the bad cores on my 14900, Just a guess.
TLDR...
Visit this page to get more info about the processor issues and how to use process lasso to identify the bad core(s). I am hoping that Intel will eventually come out with a fix. There is a lot of bad press lately regarding the 13900 and a14900k crashing games (just google that).
